The Moderna is a unique 2 story modern building that’s fabulous for a store/shop, or even an office or headquarters.  When creating it, I got inspired and built into it, modular walls with some really interesting opening and closing walls.  I figured, this would be really neat for a store.

While building it though, I realized it made the build more primmy and for those who didn’t want any of the wall opening options, I could save a few prims by including an alternate version with this build that does not have the moving walls.
