Criminals
Role is Available.
We need more definition about his role, but suffice it to say, he is as slimey as they come, recently burned down the Ludus because they refused to pay their “protection” money, and seeks to get every merchant under his control.
Ideas for different criminal activities:
Organized Crime Leaders
Imagine, the Praetor Urbanis or one of our Ambassadors, is tied into the hierarchy of a dangerous and powerful organized crime ring. They run our town and make our deals, but they themselves are corrupt as it comes. With one face they preach about cleaning up the streets while with another face, they seek to take them over more and more. This is a great role for a great lead character.
Gang Memebers
Extortionists
Anyone can be an extortionist. Think about it, you overhear some juicy tidbit in the baths, or passing the ludus, something about a high ranking member of the city. What can you do with this information to find your own gain?
